What started as a single man’s dream of unwaveringcommitment and passion has become a
200 member strong team with 2 land mark projects and several
more in the anvil.
Suvilas is a combination of two words – ‘Su’ and ‘Vilas’,
Su means ‘goodness’ and Vilas means ‘ Luxury’ in Sanskrit.
Suvilas means ‘ The Goodness of Luxury.’
Suvilas is the first Indian company to follow 100% European
Construction Standards and launch its signature project post
completing 30% project construction.
Suvilas takes a unique route in its branding.
Mr. Sunil Chowdary our Chairman & Managing Director, a FirstGeneration Young Entrepreneur, born on 12th April 1972, married at theage of 21 has a son and daughter. His son aged 17 currently pursues his
studies in the United Kingdom and daughter in her third grade studies atthe Bangalore International School. His wife Mrs. Jayasudha Chowdary
holds the post of Additional Director at the Suvilas Group.
Mr. Sunil Chowdary purchased an upscale apartment in down townBangalore during the year 2006. To his disappointment after investing
time and money he came across substandard quality and untimelydelivery of his unit. This incident changed his perception of the housing
market and in 2007 decided to start a real estate and propertydevelopment company.

Mr. Sunil Chowdary started acquiring land in the year 2008under the guidance of Advocate M.N Umesh, expertise in Civil
Matters and Property Disputes.
Advocate M.N Umesh currently holds the designation ofDirector Legal at the Suvilas Group.
In the year 2010 Mr. Chowdary met Mr. C.R.Sureshand decided to start a partnership firm in the
name of Suvilas Properties. In 2011 Suvilas Properties was converted into a
Private Limited company along with SuvilasConstructions Pvt Ltd and Suvilas Realities Pvt Ltd.
Mr. C.R.Suresh is the Vice Chairman’s at Suvilas Group.

In 2010 Advocate Umesh introduced Mr. Sunil Chowdary to Mr. S.B.Sreedhar and Mr. Ravi John – Architects and Partnersat Design Desk with over 2 decade of experience with reputed
builders like Sobha Developers.
Mr. Sreedhar and Mr. Ravi John were made Principal Architects for Suvilas Projects.
By late 2010 it was decided by Mr. Sunil Chowdary to start his first project on a 2 Acre 5 Gunta land.

To obtain all statutory approvalsbefore project launch
Mr. Chowdary decided to launch his Signature project“Suvilas Royal Gardenia” only after obtaining all competitiveapprovals and completion of 30% project construction.
Project Cost : 185 Crs
The project has obtained all statutory approvals and has alsobeen approved by 7 Nationalised and Private Banks.

European Construction Technology
Mr. Chowdary’s next aim was totravel around European Countries tounderstand the constructiontechnologies and practices followedin Europe.
Post his 70,000 km journey by road around Europe from 2011 to 2013 andunderstanding various construction procedures, decision was made to purchase the
best equipment for construction. One such product being DOKA from Austria, abrand known worldwide for its System Formwork.
