Plan Description

• OAT would be evacuated at least 1 hour before the event.• All the entrances to OAT would be blocked which include all the

staircases leading to OAT and the entrance in front of the FMC room.

• The staircases from the food court would be used for provisional entry/exit.

• Once the show has started, the student entry would be blocked and Provisional Entries would be used for student entry.

• Larger crowds would be channelized through G3 thus forming queues on the road.

Team and SIS Guard allocation at OAT

• 1 Boys’ and 1 Girls’ team at Student entry.

• 1 Boys’ team at faculty and staff entry. Some of the members of this team will man the Provisional Entries/Exits.

• 1 SIS guard to control the movement at the Provisional Entries/Exits.

• 2 SIS guards near the stage.

• 1 at the students’ entry• 1 to control the crowd

Pronite Plan• Blockades B1, B2 and B3 will be used to restrict movement of

vehicles beyond that point. However, B3 will be used to restrict movement of both vehicles and people.

Requirements:• All the members of the student security team would

deployed at different blockades and gates to control movement of the crowd.

• SIS guard at each Blockade B1, B2 and B3 and each entrance gate. Total SIS guards = 3(blockades)+5(entry gates)+3(in front of the stage)+2(boys’ frisking point)+1(girls’ frisking)

Pass Policy• Faculty: No passes issued to faculty. Entry will be on the basis

of their i-cards. Maximum of 4 people are allowed.• Staff: The passes are under 2 categories- double and single.

The passes shall be distributed from DOSA office on 27th and 28th October.

• Guest- Double entry pass for Institute guests.• RA & SBRA- Entry to all RAs and SBRAs on display of health

booklet and a valid I-card.• Sponsors- They are under 2 categories- double and single.

Double are fewer in number.• Media- Single entry pass.

Passes: Rules and Regulations• Pass is valid for the number of people mentioned on the

pass • Antaragni Team reserves the right to entry • Passes are strictly non transferrable • Passes are valid only if accompanied with ID cards • Bags are not allowed inside the venues • Video cameras are strictly prohibited inside the venue • Entry will begin 1 hour prior to the show • Any person under the influence of intoxicants will be

denied entry

• Any kind of substance abuse is strictly prohibited. Heavy fine will be imposed on someone found doing that.

•Certain areas like the airstrip, the director's bungalow, faculty building, main ground, The ground near VH, areas beyond Hall 9 and OAT Rooftop are out of bounds.

•Non IITK boys are not allowed in the girls hostel and girls are only allowed in the common rooms of boy's hostel from 8:00 to 23:59.

• Each hall have separate rules and participants are supposed to follow that rules.

•Strict action will be taken on destroying Institute property
