Create your new team name. The name can be changed.
Use the recruitment center to e-mail new team members, or post a paper invitation and sign-up sheet, and then select areas you would like to track (weight loss, exercise minutes and/or pedometer steps). Sign-up your team!

Complete your log-in id, including password, and profile.

Complete your log-in id, including password, and profile.
If you decide being a captain is not right for you, select, join a team. If you know whose team you would like to
join, select yes and enter the access code from the team captain.
If not, click no and look for a team to join.
