• MIPIM is a key element of raising Bradford’s profile

Bradford’s objectives
• Build on a successful presence over 2 consecutive years
• “Up our game” considerably on the 2007 profile gained for Bradford and give
greater emphasis to the regeneration of the District
• Keep Bradford’s regeneration programme on the international property map
• Build on existing relationships with developers and investors, and make new
contacts. Quality rather than quantity.
• Showcase progress since MIPIM 2007 – update on existing developments
• Announce new developments and opportunities in the City and District
