Tiu chun p dng cho nh v cng trnh dn dng, cng nghip, nng nghip, tr cc cng trnh p v cy trng, c s dng vt liu gc xenlul lm trang tr trong v ngoi nh hoc lm kt cu chu lc, hoc c cha, l|u tr tr|ng by cc loi vt liu, t| liu, thnh phm c gc xenlul.

Loi C Yu cu phng chng mi trung bnh cho cng trnh cho cng trnh c nin hn s dng trn 20 nm, nh t tng xy dng vng c mi hot ng.
Loi D Yu cu phng chng mi thp cho cc nh, cc cng trnh t quan trng xy dng vng a l khng c mi hot ng nh| nh sn xut, nh kho lm bng cc vt liu kt cu khng c gc xenlul. Nha c cha hoc s dng, gia cng cc vt liu thnh phm khng c gc xenlul.

5.2. Khi kho st thy c mi hot ng trong cc nh ch|a ph d hoc nh tm trn khu t, phi gi nguyn hin trng khng xo ng hn ch mi rt i v tin hnh ngay vic dit mi bng ph|ng php nh v x l ho cht.
5.3. Khi kho st cng nh| khi o lp nn, nu pht hin c t mi trn khu t phi o cho ti t mi, x l thuc dit mi vo v tr v vo phn t p. Cng vic ny phi lm xong tr|c cc cng vic san nn v lm mng.

6. An ton v v sinh mi tr|ng 6.1. T chc doanh nghip bt k thuc thnh phn no thc hin bin php x l ho
cht phng chng mi cho nh cng trnh (sau y gi tt l t chc doanh nghip) phi tun th theo Quyt nh ca B Nng nghip v Cng nghip thc phm ban hnh ngy 23/2/1995, Quy nh v th tc thm nh sn xut, gia cng, ng k xut nhp khu, l|u cha, tiu hu, nhn thuc, bao b, ng gi v qung co thuc bo v thc vt v Quy nh ca B Nng nghip v Pht trin nng thn ban hnh
dng, cm s dng trong nng nghip Vit Nam.
6.2. T chc doanh nghip phi tun th cc iu v an ton v bo h lao ng trong B Lut Lao ng, Lut Bo v mi tr|ng v Quy trnh s dng thuc phng mi cho nh v cng trnh (ph lc D).

6.4. Khi x l thuc dung mi du phi ngt mch in ni c ng c in chy qua, tm ngng sn xut ni c tia la, tia in, tia hn. Khi phun thuc ho cht phi trnh cc bp n, hoc khi cn thit phi che y kn cc dng c nu v dng n ung. Ch |c s dng cc loi thuc qua th tc thm nh v bo qun liu l|ng (Ph lc C).
6.5. Sau khi dit mi bng ph|ng php nh, t chc doanh nghip phi thu li cc thng nh c phun thuc v phi tiu hu hoc chn su, khng |c dng lm ci un.

6.6. i vi cc cng trnh thuc loi A hoc B, bn t chc doanh nghip phi nh k kim tra v bo hnh t nht 3 nm, k t khi thc hin xong vic x l ho cht. Ni dung kim tra bo hnh phi |c ghi r trong hp ng gia bn ch cng trnh v bn t chc doanh nghip, khi kim tra nu thy c mi hot ng, bn t chc doanh nghip c trch nhim phi x l b sung.
6.7. Cc kho l|u cha thuc phng dit mi phi xy v tr cch nh nui dy tr, cc tr|ng hc, bnh vin, t nht 100m v phi c a cc ph|ng tin phng chy, cha chy.

Quy trnh s dng thuc phng chng mi cho nh v cng trnh
1. Dit t mi: Khi san lp nn t, nu pht hin c t mi th phi o ti t, t|i vo v tr c t mi 20 30 lt dung dch 10% thuc PM - 4, khng cc tn d| thc vt nh|: G vn, gc cy, vn khun b kt li.
2. Ho phng mi: To lp lp ch|ng ngi ng bng o ho l hng ro bao quanh pha ngoi st mt t|ng mng cng trnh nhm ngn nga mi t cc vng ln cn xm
