Unique wear strength and service life Trellex T-Cord is made of Trellex high-strength wear resi-

stant rubber,which has been specifically designed for themineral processing industry.

 The screen cloth comprised of a thin bottom layer of hot

stretched cord and a top-heavy duty wear surface of Trellexrubber.

 The specially treated cord gives the screen cloth unique

resistance to deformation during operation,which is yourguarantee for truly efficient screening.

Reduced Service Costs Trellex T-Cord enables higher profits to be achieved byreducing service costs.Long service life means lower wearcost per ton of screened material. The screen cloth does

Standards:q All panels 5 mm,7 mm and 10 mm thick include wear

strips for bucker bar protection and premature wear.

q All panels over 5 feet wide require either a center holddown bar or a staggered hold down bar.

q Maximum panel length is 60”.

If drop height is over 3 feet on to the panel, either animpact pad or thicker screen panel should be used at theimpact point.

q  To avoid pegging and blinding,screen panel thickness

should not exceed hole size.For maximum efficiency,thehole size should be at least 1.25 times the screen panelthickness.
