The New Colleague!
3For all users of Colleague UI 4.3:
Internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.)Java 1.6.0_11 or higher installedMicrosoft SilverlightDisable ALL pop-up blockers (i.e. Yahoo, MSN, etc.)
Workstation Requirements
4Now, lets begin . . .Log on to your workstation computerAccess Internet Explorer or other Internet browserIn the address bar, type www.webui.tccx.edu Click BEGIN to log on
Accessing Colleague UI 4.3
5At the log on screen, enter your current Colleague USER ID and PASSWORD
Click LOGIN
Log On to Colleague UI 4.3
6Before launching UI 4.3 for the first time, you will need to:
Disable ALL pop-up blockers
* Do not forget to disable any third-party toolbars that may have additional popup blockers (i.e. MSN, Yahoo, etc.)Troubleshooting Colleague
7Steps to disable pop-up blockers:
Click on TOOLS from the Menu BarClick POP-UP BLOCKERClick TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER

8In order to use Colleague UI 4.3, you may also need to install the Microsoft Silverlight browser plug-in The prompt to install will appear on the first loginTroubleshooting Colleague (cont.)
9Steps to install Microsoft Silverlight:
Click to begin installation

10Click OK
Click INSTALL NOW

11Click RUN

12Click INSTALL NOWIf asked to allow the program to make changes to your computer, answer Yes
After installation, click CLOSE

13Click OKCompletely close your Internet browser by clicking the red X in the upper right hand corner
Restart the Internet browser to access the new Colleague UI 4.3 window
