much on something. Just do it and make it happen.

5. RIGHT MAN RIGHT JOB

• Think about your organization what people do you really need to solve big problems or help you.

• Find the right guy and can solve problem or help you , make you happy and have more time to do other things.

• If you can teach your team. Find people that basic skill and good work attitude better than great skills but procrastinate.

• Give a chance to your employee don’t under estimate your team.

• For me , Great Co-Founder is a must!.

6. GIVE AND TAKE• Everyone can speak in brainstorming no matter how job

description he is in Onebit Matter Co., Ltd. • You must listen to your Customer and your team , try to

understand them but you must choose what to do.• Some feature you must have to cut down first and do it later

or not do it.• At least you must have monthly check for your team status

and gathering requirement from them.

• Try to improve process , finding unknown issue from people , reduce his/her work by improve design/speed , try to think about automation or narrow the choice to make your team happier , completed task faster , reduce tasks , etc.

7. BE YOURSELF

• Honest to yourself , your team , your customers and try to solve their problems for better process and free time.

• Try to have great relationship with your parent , team , friends first and then people in twitter , facebook , events.

• More good connection is more• Opportunity.• Promoter & Word of mouth.• Customers.

• Don’t forget to sell your exists customer because it may be easier to sell than your new customer.

• Sometime you have to think less and follow your instinct
