All materials are 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy extrusion with 37,000-PSI minimum tensile strength. The floor is con-structed of aluminum alloy plank extrusions that provide rigid reinforcement every 5”. Std. stringers are 4” x 2¼” channel (optional 6” “C” or 7” “H” avail.). Rub rails are a custom shape providing a 5½” side height, with extruded side ribs for added strength and improved appearance. All rails have 1½” x 3¼” stake pockets in the tops. Bed corners are mitered for safety and improved appearance. Complete with flush mounting LED 2½” grommet style clearance, marker, and I.D. FMVSS lights with wiring harness. 200 LBS/SF LEVEL LOAD RATINGNote: All decks are built with a standard 34” stringer spacing unless another width is specified at time of order. TruckCraft isnot responsible for mounting problems due to improper stringer spacing.
