Terms & Conditions• The turnaround time for business cards is 2-3 working days

• The turnaround time for all other products may be more than 2-3 working days

• Orders received after mid-day will be attended to the next working day

• For business card quantities, prices are per set of cards (ie.500)

and cannot be split between 2 or more people (ie.250)

• We accept Credit Card Cash & EFT payments. No Cheques.

Step 1. “Please refer to the back of the book for artwork guidelines.”

Simply email your complete print ready business card design to: [email protected] or just pop in to our offices with your complete print ready business card design on a disk or flash drive. Please supply the business card design as an editable/open pdf file, eps file, png file, cdr file with fonts or a high resolution (600 dpi) jpeg file. Artwork is to include 2mm bleed all the way around for double cuts.

Step 2.We need the details you require on your invoice ie. Company / Individual Name, Vat number, Physical Address.

Step 3.

Let us know if you will be collecting your cards from our offices or if you would like them couriered. Please send us detailed address details including a contact person name and number if you would like your cards delivered.

Step 4. Once your artwork has been checked, we will supply or email you an invoice. Kindly make full payment and use the invoice number as the reference.

helpful guide before sending your print ready artwork to us. This will ensure your artwork

matches our requirements and you can enjoy hassle free production of your order.

Please take the time to read through our helpful guide on preparing print ready files to

ensure there are no delays in processing your order.

Let's start with the perfect artwork…• PDF, Corel or Hi Res JPEG and Tiffs

• Correct card size: 90mm x 50mm or 85mm x 55mm excl bleed

• 2 mm bleed all around

• 3 mm safe zone (no text near the edges)

• Fonts outlined /converted to curves

• CMYK colours and not RGB or Pantone (RGB and Pantone colours will result in colour differences)

• Good quality images and graphics (anything above 300dpi is great, Vectors even better)

We can accept most file formats for artwork such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint files.

Bleed Bleed is an extra margin around the edge of your design where any background elements thattouch the edge of the page are extended slightly. This allows for slight inaccuracies when theprinted sheet is trimmed to size, so cutting through that buffer of colour will avoid leaving anythin white strips along the edge of your print.

TrimPrinters generally can’t actually print to the very edge of sheets, so instead they print on alarger sheet of board and then trim it down to the correct size. Crop marks are used to definewhere to trim.

Safe AreaAny content that you want to appear completely within the final printed business cardshould be kept inside the safe zone. Placing content too close to the top, bottom oroutside edge of the artwork could result in that content being cut off during trimming.

Please ensure all artwork is provided in CMYK format. Files provided in RGB format will be converted into CMYK before print and may result in significant colour differences from what you see on your monitor.

Colour matching to a previously printed job MUST be brought to our attention at the ordering stage.A hard copy sample will be required before printing can commence. We cannot be held responsible if your printed work does not match yourrequirements unless those requirements are brought to our attention prior to print.

Ensure your artwork has a ‘safe zone‘. Keep textat least 3mm away from the edge of the document,any text outside the safe area may be cutoff. Please keep in mind that the corners areround and need an extra 1mm safe zone.

HIGH RESOLUTION

Ensure all fonts are ‘embedded‘ or converted to curves.Whilst we have an extensive font collection, thereis no guarantee that the version you have usedmatches ours. If your fonts aren’t embedded oursystem may substitute the font for a different one.

If you struggle to outline/ convert the fonts, youcan always send the fonts with your artwork. Wewill load the fonts to our system and viola!

Ensure all images and graphics are above‘300dpi‘. If your images look ‘pixelated’ or fuzzyon screen then the chances are it’s not quite goodenough quality for professional printing.

For best results use vector based graphics.

Sadly the use of borders near edges can result in lopsided cards, and we wouldn’t want that, so avoid them where possible.

Ensure graphics and images go right to the edge of the artwork – past the safe zone, trim line, right up to the bleed line. If your images/graphicsdon’t, it may result in a strip of the background colour showing through on the edge.
