Note that your GNSS errror ellipses are probably already circu-
lar, and applying the SP1 formula (r = K x a) to these results will
result in a scaling error.

Most baseline processing soft ware over-estimates the
precision in the Z-axis. As a result a rule of thumb has
been established that suggests that the vertical precision
should be scaled by a factor of 1.5-2
