During my junior year Print Production class, I was responsible for conceptualizing and designing an industry brand paper sample book. I chose to use Neenah’s’ Classic Linen line. I also was responsible for constructing a prototype of the book itself, using the actual paper, binded by a metal book binded screw.

I decided to redesign Pizza Queen’s logo and take out menu & create a single slice pizza take-out box. Peripherals include: Logo, Take-out menu, & Take-out box.

Cedar Point located in Sandusky, OH is Americas’ “Best Amusement Park in the World!”. For this project we were to redesign the website and season pass for an Amusement Park of our choice. Layered PSD screen design features fully redesigned logo for the park, drop downs, and hovers as well as a large slide show of the parks’ best rides. Season Pass is the size of a credit card so it fits in your wallet!

Cedar Point Re-design

For this project, we had to conceptualize an idea for a children’s book. Knowing that children like texture and photographs, I put both to use in this 6 spread book entitled “Colors”. Each page features a photograph of a fruit in each color of the rainbow labeled with laser cut card stock for texture and identification.

Children’s Book Design

For this project I conceptualized a Competitors Audit/Brand Strategy before beginning this project. I changed the name to Grown-ups vs. Kids which I felt fit the game better. The package design was printed on Neenah 80lb CLASSIC Linen paper in Indigo Ice. The die-line was then cut on our very own laser cutting machine. Assembled using spray mount then photographed.

I fully conceptualized this hypothetical popcorn brand called “Sweet Pop” including three flavors: Blissful Blueberry, Sinful Strawberry, & Crazy Caramel. Packages are re-purposed Tazo tea tins. For this project, I also created four different advertisements to showcase each flavor individually in a Wegmans magazine & all together on a billboard.

Popcorn Branding

For this project I conceptualized a hypothetical brand called Ellie’s Kitchen, which was a line of fine feline products ranging from cat food to cat collars. I designed and prototyped the cat food packaging, cat nip packaging, and the collar packaging. I also created two PSD mock-ups of Ellieskitchen.com and designed a bus ad to be displayed outside. The packaging is printed and prototyped using Neenah’s Environment line on Dessert Storm 80lb cover.
