Hello there! My name is Michael. I am graduate of
Munich transport and Logistics University. Now I am operations manager in a taxi
services company.
Our General manager wants us to be more
cost efficient.
Fleet vehicles “health” should be checked and maintained. Technical
issues should be prevented and
addressed properly.
The company should take better care about customer needs and increase the level of
satisfaction.

I have to constantly
remind drivers to check the vehicles condition, and
follow up for further actions.
I am responsible for monitoring the cars'
condition, and if necessary, to send them
for maintenance.
I am tracking the constructive feedback
from our customers, and working on resolving the
issues.
In order to increase the revenue, I have to
cooperate with different department, and to monitor the selected routes, the fuel consumption efficiency, the
assets utilization, etc.

It is extremely difficult to manage all the activities. The current tasks are taking too much time and I am unable to develop business and manage
maintenance properly. That is why I need real time IOT network and front-end application which will allow me to get data about vehicles technical
condition, fuel consumption ratio, profitability, customer satisfaction level in real time.
We are planning to provide each vehicle with plenty of sensors, tracking its location, recording routes, measuring fuel consumption, distance covered, engine RPM and
temperature, tires pressure, fuel and oil levels, collecting data about profit received, number of trips completed, level of customers satisfaction and much more!
We need to teach cars how to “feel” and “talk” about their condition and even to “think” and “propose” to me
further actions. Fuel consumption is 14 liters… passed – 250 km…. oil level – 71%...
tires pressure – 30 PSI… Planned maintenance after 412 km…
