Iraq? Loans and debt, the United States is borrowing money in order to pay for thewar. The current national deficit is somewhere around $9 trillion, with approximately300 million citizens that translates into about $30 thousand per person.

Our forefathers set up our government to establish Justice, insure domesticTranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure

the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. The words that ring out in mymind are, our Posterity, the future generations of American Citizens. No one enjoyspaying taxes, lowering taxes is a great idea for the here and now, but what is the cost.Future generations will have to pay for the cost of our war, with interest.

We live in a system where the wealthy are expected to represent the poor.Concerns from citizens are often met with general, topic generated responses that dismissthe views of the citizen and state the views of the congressman. While we are relativelyrepresented in Congress, it can be firmly stated that future Americans have no currentrepresentation. The national debt that the United States is creating is unfair to AmericanPosterity. By lowering taxes now we are insuring higher taxes for the future. My cry isthat of my forefathers; No Taxation without Representation!
