2020-2021 Projects

Mine Activities (Newmont) & Road Maintenance Contracts

All activities were suspended during Covid pandemic first phase April - August 2020

MUCK (Hauling) Eleonore

• TCI Operators working under Newmont

• Four 50 Ton truck operators (cross shift) (all native operators)

• Shifts - Day & Night

• Newmont reduced TCI operators from ten to four. Newmont requests for replacements from time to time.

• Mucking activities tend to raise during spring-summer season

ROAD MAINTENANCE (summer & winter) Eleonore Access Road

• Contract renewal for 3 years 2019-2021. will meet with Newmont in May.

• Two Grader Operators (cross shift)14/14 schedule for the summer season

• Six Operators (cross shift) 14/14 (Grader & Snow Plow) for the winter season

• Day shift only

Elenore Site ROAD MAINTENANCE (summer & winter) Newmont

• Contract for 3 years. 2019-2021. Up for renewal, yet to meet with Newmont in May.

• Two Grader Operators (cross shift) 14/14 schedule Day shifts only (summer)

• Six Operators (Grader & Snow Plow) 14/14 schedule shifts – Day & Night (Winter)

– Two operators during the day shift and one operator during the night shift.

Page 31: Tawich Holdings Corporation

2020-2021 ProjectsTCI Garage Eleonore

• Closure of the garage in 2019 for 3 months for Health & Safety reasons by Newmont

• The re-opening in December 2019 was conditional to produce safety procedures (JSA) for all tasks in the garage. This JSA policies have been updated in Dec. 2020 and is more drastic then ever for the garage mechanics: 1 person per shift is dedicated to this work

• After the Covid shutdown, the re-opening of the garage was only for demobilization of our old equipment between July-September. Road maintenance resumed at the end of August. Newmont authorized 5 people max for Tawich garage on the site each shift.

• Maintenance and Repair for internal (mainly road maintenance) and some external units limited mostly to WCC at the moment

• Eight persons team – Four mechanics, Two Parts Clerks, Two Floor Supervisors / welders on 14/14 rotation.

Welding Services Eleonore

• The Welding shop has been suspended during Covid pandemic first phase in 2020

• Newmont never gave us back the right to re-open the weld shop for a reason of non-conformity on the ventilation system and because they want to limit the risk on the Mine site

• Our capacity was 3-4 Buckets per month with 8 welders

• Newmont keeps sending their buckets to Metal Marquis

• Our welders assigned on the garage are performing some work for Newmont in their premises when needed during their run (bins repair but no buckets)

Redpath TCI

• Continuous Mining Activities

• Suspended because of Covid 1st phase

• Minimal activities after re-opening

Potential Project

• Civil works

• Crushing

• Wood Chipping (pallets & Waste)

• Slashing

• 507 camp

Forage Synee Drilling Employment

Synee Drilling currently employs more than 75 employees for U/G drillingservices at Éléonore and 6 on surface.

Our challenge right now is to keep our teams complete. The competition in diamond drilling is at its maximum and the over-bidding for the workforce has started.

Health & safety

Éléonore team reached 180 days without events. No lost time, no light duty and no medical aids.

Internal Audit have been done with Newmont Corporate Exploration Manager. Result was very good and we still work on this with the collaboration of Newmont.
