All too often they both witnessed how service providers squeezed every penny out of their clients and employees, with no regard to the consequences. One provider would care about money; but not the about service whilst another provider would care about service, but not about employees. Both the husband and wife spent years in the industries, working for different providers but would always go home frustrated with their industries’ lack of integrity.

Service providers would all say they care about service. They all said they cared about employees. What was interesting was that in our experience, no company stood out from the crowd for integrity. So, we decided to establish a facility management business with expertise and integrity... and in 2017 Tatry Group was born!

The original idea was to create a service that offered the absolute

best in service delivery. However, over the past few years, the 'brand', our experience and aspirations have evolved. We realised that some clients need a more cost-effective solution. Therefore, in addition to offering quality service, all our services are fully bespoke and client demands are met within individual budgets and fair terms for employees, regardless of complexity.

We believe that the service which a customer receives plays an imperative role in how that customer thinks about their service providers again in the future, so at Tatry Group, we have put a lot of focus on ensuring our expertise and integrity are delivered to our customers as efficiently as possible. In order to do that, we pay all employees well, and unlike most other service providers, we don't make a sale unless we believe our employees and our client have both received a fair deal.

Our GoalOur goal is to position Tatry Group as the Facilities Management leader. If we can enable customers to associate the Tatry Group brand with the absolute best service, then we can expand into other service categories of facility management, and... we're doing just that.

The year was 2015 and our husband and wife founders were working in the security and cleaning industries respectfully.

So here is the vision: Short term:To be the company raising standards in the cleaning and security sectors and to be the number one suppler of these services in Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Long term:To be the foremost supplier of physical, virtual, operational and strategic facility management services throughout the UK. People will buy from good, honest people with the best service and the best employee relations. Tatry Group will be that company.

At the end of each day, in their London studio flat, they would discuss how frustrated they were by the lack of professionalism and employee well-being within both industries.

We take pride in focusing on staff training and development within our company. All staff employed will undergo a comprehensive induction programme including health & safety, skills & assessments, safeguarding and extensive role specific training. All our people undergo induction training which takes place locally and is delivered by our Operations Manager for your specific service. This covers who we are, what we do, health & safety, employee benefits and our terms and conditions of employment as well as the expectations we have of our personnel.

After this is completed, we also conduct site specific training. This is always detailed on a contract specific training matrix - enabling accurate progress monitoring and timely completion.

Lastly, our career development training programmes increase contract compliance, work satisfaction and retention –providing you and your facility with loyal, committed, high calibre personnel.
