HAVING considered the application made pursuant to section 168(b) of the Act, and having taken into account any representations received under section 174 from persons who may be affected by the application and advice received from referral bodies under sections 167(4) and 174(4), I hereby approve the application and appoint the area of land defined in Schedule 1 of this Notice an Irrigation District under the name Swan Valley Irrigation District.
