However, when reaching their rooms there was sound of machinery from a construction site next door to the hotel. Also during the late evenings a disco could be heard until 1am. What act could help with this?

However on reaching the resort there was no snow and there was nothing in place to take them to an area where there was snow. What act could help with this?

A couple who were on their holiday in Mauritius found that their hotel rooms had a very good population of bugs crawling over the bed at night. The swimming pool had leaves and even a dead frog in it. Also the all inclusive meals had only one choice of meal and drink. What act could help with this?
