Next steps / Suggestions

1st Suggestion: Overview Business Models in IoT We are looking for an external expert who could drive the knowledge transfer regarding Business Models and Value Chains in IoT and who also integrates the BM canvas prepared by each project. The expert should highlight mentioned challenges, such as the chicken-egg problems while setting up the Big-IoT Market place. He/she could also elaborate on the task of combining a collaborative approach (ecosystem building) with profit driven (protected?) one. If you have a reliable person in mind who could take over this task, please let me know. > Part 1 of this workshop as Webinar / Part 2 in f2f meeting in Vienna

2nd Suggestion: Deep Dive Open Source Business Models Some projects gave the feedback that they want to learn more about how to set up Business Models based on Open Source. We'll cover this in an initial webinar with an external expert. Further needs/steps will be discussed afterwards. > Part 1 as as Webinar / Part 2 tbd afterwards

3rd Suggestion: Business Model ChallengeBe-IoT has the possibility to support an EPI Business Model Challenge. This could be done in cooperation with Universities for Entrepreneurship and similar stakeholders. The price could be a small amount of cash and/or participation in the next SenZations summerschool and/or Invitation to the EPI IoT-lab... etc. A Business Model Challenge is not only a good chance to get additional ideas but also to drive community building and project promotion. > Q4 2016 / Q12017
