GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. This Tariff Book shall be inseparable from Standard Trading Terms

and Conditions, rules and regulations of Oman International

Container Terminal LLC (“OICT”). In the event of any inconsistency

between this Tariff Book and the Standard Trading Terms and

Conditions, the Standard Trading Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. This Tariff Book is issued by the OICT and as of its effective date

replaces any, and all earlier tariffs and rates. The rates along with

their terms and conditions contained in this Tariff Book apply unless

otherwise specified in writing by an authorized person of the OICT.

3. In case rates for any services required are not listed in this Tariff

Book, customers must send a request to Commercial and Customer

Service Department of OICT for quotation in advance.

4. No reduction in the specified charges will be applied if part of an

operation or service is omitted.

5. In case of dispute, OICT reserves the right of final decision on the

interpretation of this Tariff Book.

6. OICT reserves the right to alter, change or amend from time to time

any, and all charges, their terms and conditions without prior notice.

7. The rate for ISO general purpose container longer than 40 feet will be

proportional to that of a 40ft container in this Tariff Book, e.g., 45ft

container will be charged at 1.125 times of the tariff of 40ft container.

8 Transshipment

4. Reefer plugin and monitoring will be charged from discharge to loading per calendar day

5. Container storage will be charged after free time stipulated in Schedule D

10 Delay in Vessel Operation or Unberth

Confirmed ETA must be provided to terminal minimum 24 hours before

berthing, this charge will be applicable to:

1. Delay of berthing beyond 1 hour from confirmed ETA up to vessel berthing

2. Postponement or cancellation of berthing up to 6 hours before confirmed

ETA – 4-hour charge will be applied

3. Crane delay during operation due to instruction of shipping line or vessel

4. Time taken to open McGregor hatches by ship’s crew

b Delay Unberthing Charge

Applicable if the vessel is unable to vacate berth 1 hour after completion of operation, except due to

pilot delay

1. Shipping line must send a request to Customer Service Department of OICT with OOG application form 48 hours before

vessel arrival

2. OOG application form should contain the following:

• Cargo dimensions and weight

• Pictures and/or diagrams

• Vessel arrival date

• Container position on the vessel

3. Shipping lines must submit the reference number provided by Customer Service Department for all laden OOG container with

the load and discharge list

4. Below rates in a & b are subject to side walls of Flat Rack are at upright position and the corner castings can be properly

attached by container spreader

5. Below rates are also applicable for transshipment cargoes – per lift
