I chose rock music as my Genre and it was originated in the UK and USA in 1980s.It is rooted in earlier genres such as punk.

the genre that falls into our song is rock . The reason why we decided to use rock genre

this is because it advertises young male bands representing into this genre.

We can also highlight that our song is a Rock genre this is because most bands play different varieties of instruments which encourages the discovery of new music.

The main reason why my chosen song falls into this genre is because the lyrics are similar to our chosen track.

For e.g. EMINEM’s Not Afraid is a fast paced song this signifies aggression which reflects to our chosen track. This is because both tracks have the same type of target audience.

I created a music video based on ROCK for that I needed to understand who my main target audience is by doing research on who usually listens to this genre .

male audiences from age 16-25 year olds are the target audiences for Rock.

This may be because of they may have similar costume and that they like the culture lifestyle of it.

My target audiences for my media product is mainly for male genders ages 16-25 years old.

This is because this image shows that generally young male tend to listen to Rock bands this is because many Rock tracks are a narrative based story which discusses about relationships and life.

The use of costume in this slide and the black colour signifies that their depression based on a particular story.
