• Included is a balancing chart for bore bars type 254.• Adjustable boring tools such as the fine boring head type 204 and 304

can be balanced with use of this balancing ring type 216.• For boring bars from the series 254, in fine boring heads type 204 the position of

the two balancing weights can be set with information taken from the includedbalancing chart, therefore improving balance by up to 90%.

• A more accurate balancing can be achieved by use of a balancing machine,to compensate for the difference in weight of inserts.

• Naturally it is also possible to balance fixed (non indexing) cutters.
