Dear Partners,

Greetings from Arabian Automobiles Company - Nissan.

The prime objective of forming the NPDA (National Parts Dealer Alliance) - a strategic alliance amongst Nissan, AAC and the dealers - is to fulfill our customer

needs and enhance Nissan genuine parts market share, which is a common interest. We are glad to see that the NPDA is actively contributing with value addition to our business and operations. The executive members from dealer group are rep-resenting the entire dealer fraternity to take up the issues, suggest improvements, and strengthening the long lasting relationship. The improvement measures have already started yielding results that can be seen in the business progress and opera-tional enhancement.

We, at AAC consider the dealers as our business partners and deal with

transparency in line with our AWR group core values. The recently introduced dealer loyalty program named ‗555 Elite Club‖ is an innovative program in which we wish more dealers would join in the years to come. The quarterly newsletter TAP (The Alliance Power) is a good initiative from AAC Parts department as this newsletter will help sharing the business dynamics as

also the best practices being implemented by our dealers. We sincerely thank our dealers for the strong relationship and support which is placing AAC among leading Nissan parts distributors in the world. Thank you very much and best regards, MK Rajkumar
