1. 40/60 (or 2/3) students are satisfied with the canteen service ,which shows that the quality of service is relatively good. 2. However, 1/3 of the surveyed students are not satisfied with the service
3. In addition, there are complaints and as our research shows, TTU canteen service needs to be improved
