1.PC Setup 1.1 Compatibility Settings

TNPL E-Procurement website is best compatible with Internet Explorer version 9.0 and above Open Internet explorer->go to tools->Compatibility view settings->type this website -buyjunction.in->then click on add

Click on add, then close.

1.2 Java Settings

Go to control panel->Java->Java->Security->Edit site list->Add->Type manually https://eps.buyjunction.in->ok>apply

2. Login & Bid submission Guide Open Internet Explorer version 9.0 and above and type the following link in the address bar, https://eps.buyjunction.in/tnpl. Enter the user code and password and click on “submit”

2.1 Click on “Register GSTIN” and choose GSTIN status

Foreign bidder supposed to choose “Foreign bidder GST registration is not applicable” form status.

Other Than Foreign suppliers others should choose “GSTIN Register,available “in status and Enter your GST registration No and click on Register.

2.2 Login with User code and password to submit your offer.

Select proper certificate and Click OK .

Click Continue to dashboard.

Click -Tender View Live RFQ

Click on Live RFQ

Summary of RFQ is available. To participate in tender , Click on Respond to RFQ/NIT.

Click on Print PDF to save tender as pdf format

Accept terms and conditions click Enter Select DSC OK

Click Add Quotation

Click – Create fresh new draft version Proceed.

Key-in the quotation reference code and the techno-commercial attributes.

Key-in the commercial attributes

In order to add attachments, click on Add Attachment tab.

Click Encrypt to encrypt the file to be attached, select DSC

Select the file from the desired location for encryption and save .

Encryption over message will get displayed.

Select encrypted file Browse sign file Attach

Desired file attached.

Click Save and go to Items to quote your price bid.

Quote basic rate. Commercial attributes will get automatically populated with their individual entries as was entered in the previous page. Click save to derive the actual calculated price.

In case, wish to regret, Click Yes from dropdown under regret column and put quantity as “0”. Click Save and go to Header.

Click on Submit Quotation..

In case item is regretted, it will appear under Regret Item list. Click Proceed

,Summary of quotation will be displayed. Select DSC Click Confirm.

Check terms Click Submit.

Acknowledgment for bid submission will be displayed. Click View Quotation/ Print Quotation to view/ print quotation.

2.3 Print Submitted quotation

Go to quotations-> view

Select the status and click on enter.

Click on RFQ reference code and click on View quotation.

You can print your quotation and Quotation acknowledgement.

2.4 View comparative Statement

Go to Quotations->view->choose status as Closed quotations opened Evaluated then click on Enter.

Click on Enquiry Number and click View-Quotation evaluation.

3. Clarification Module : Click Clarification required – Contact buyer to sent clarification.

Key-in Subject and other attributes with respect to clarification.

Click Send. Clarification sent to respective buyers. When buyer user replies, it will appear in clarification inbox.
