No. II(2)/HWMP/511/2011.—The Governor of Tamil Naduhaving been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedulebelow situated in Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District have to beacquired for public purpose to wit for the purpose ofConstruction of Road Over Bridge at Km. 2/10 of Sulur–Nilambur Road in lieu of Existing Level Crossing No. 143 atRailway Km. 468/18-20 in between Somanur and Sulur RailwayStations and it having already been decided that the entireamount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to bepaid out of the funds controlled and managed by the ChiefEngineer (Project), Highways and after having considered thecause shown by the owner or the other persons having interestin the said lands as the case may be do hereby publish thefollowing notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil NaduAct 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil NaduHighways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor ofTamil Nadu hereby acquire the lands specified in the Schedulebelow measuring an extent of 5,358 Square metres of Dry andNatham lands to the same, a little more or less needed forpublic purpose to wit for the purpose of Construction of RoadOver Bridge at Km. 2/10 of Sulur–Nilambur Road in lieu ofExisting Level Crossing No.143 at Railway Km. 468/18-20 inbetween Somanur and Sulur Railway Stations.

No. II(2)/HWMP/515/2011.—The Governor of Tamil Naduhaving been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedulebelow have to be acquired for Highways purpose for theconstruction of Road over bridge at Km. 55/6 of Cuddalore-Virudhachalam Salem Road in lieu of existing LC No. 170 atRailway Km.218/12-13 of Villuppuram TPJ main line atVridhachalam Town, and it has already been decided that theentire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is tobe paid out of the funds controlled and managed by DivisionalEngineer (H), Projects, Cuddalore, after considering the causeshown by the owner or other person having interest on suchlands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the followingnotice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil NaduHighways Act, 2001. (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil NaduHighways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governorof Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the wet lands specified in theschedule below and measuring an extent of 0.1114 Squaremeters to the same, a little more or less required for theconstruction of Road over bridge in lieu of existing L.C.No.170at Railway Km 218/12-13 of Villupuram TPJ main line atVridhachalam Town in, Cuddalore District.

The plan of the land is kept in the Office of the RvenueDivisional Officer, Vridhachalam and may be inspected atany time during office hours.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bysub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the said Act, theGovernor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the IndustriesManufacturing Boiler Auxiliaries for High Pressure Boilers to bea public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for aperiod of six months with effect on and from the date of publicationof this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
