Talking Angela:Homegrown Dinner

Talking Angela loves nature: parks, flowers, trees ... So she decided to transform her home into a green oasis.

Talking Angela decided to combine her green philosophy with some DIY skills, so she came up with a solution!

PLANTS?! Talking Angela can plant some nice bushes and flowers in her apartment.

Btw, did you know that bamboo can grow up to 35 inches in a day! IN A DAY! Talking Angela thought it was best not to have it in her apartment ;-)

Talking Angela loves bonsai trees. But you have to have the ‘know-how’ to take care of that delicate mini tree! Hard but rewarding; a real piece of art! Good stress relief though.

On to the carnivorous plants. Taking Angela is quite scared of them, even though they only eat insects!

Talking Angela thinks that growing herbs is a better idea. So she bought nice pots, a small bag of soil, some seeds and some plant seeds: mint, basil, rosemary and lavender.

Talking Angela takes great care of them – they are nicely exposed to sunlight, well watered and she even sings to them!

Talking Angela has now nice little green pots all around the apartment. How cute!

With all those fresh herbs, Talking Angela decided to cook her favorite Pasta Pomodori! Simple and soooo delicious!

Tomatoes... olive oil, fresh basil from Talking Angela’s home garden ….. a little parmigiano …. and …
