What happens if there are results TalentAware Career Assessment which might be perceived as negative by the child or parent? How does assessing the personality of the parent (as well as the child) help with the process? How long does it take and how much does it cost? 3. True or False? Less than 40% of a persons personality traits are inherited? Relevant personality traits and general mental ability (aka IQ) are capable of predicting multiple facets of career success over a span of up to thirty (30) years? Personality measures collected in childhood are useful in predicting career success? General mental ability strongly predicts both extrinsic success (e.g. money and status) and job satisfaction? 4.
