Michael Teoh was Malaysia’s Most Entreprising Youth in 2010. Then he won Your Big Year, the world’s largest social entrepreneurshp competition in 2011, UK and was given the opportunity to travel to work with NGOs in 22 countries on environmental and social issues. He was accorded Malaysia’s Most Outstanding Youth in 2011. Today Michael Teoh is a NST columnist and shares passionately about Youth engagement iniatives and believes in grooming Youth to be more entrepreneurial and innovative both in their outlook as well as contrubuting towards the industry.

JOHN GOH is a full time professional development consultant and co-founder of MyPath Sdn Bhd. Since 2008, he has worked with youth and university undergraduates from all over Malaysia and now uses this rich background knowledge to advise companies on how to better understand Generation Y thereby maximizing on their potential. Having spent more than 20 years in the service industry has given him valuable insight and personal experience in dealing with people from di�erent backgrounds and cultures.

Jenna Loh has dedicated more than 10years towards head-hunting and was particularly moved by a personal interview session with candidate that she decided to establish MyPath in 2007 as a social entreprise aimed at transforming youthful talents towards career empowerment. In her constant interaction with undergraduates from both Private as well as Public universities, Jenna has developed the holistic 3D Methodology Programs, to Discover, Develop and Deploy. As an Internationally- Certi�ed Career Coach, Jenna is passionate about matching right-�t graduates as well as building Talent-pipelines for discerning employers.
