    Q12. Is JOB ROTATION, FLEXI-TIMING and WORKLIFEBALANCE relevant in managing appropriate talent and retention ofyour employs?

    Ans: Yes, these elements are important aspects of Talent managementand retention of the employees. But in the hospitality industry like ours,Job Rotation is not relevant as people are selected according to the jobspecifications of different profiles Eg. Laundry, House keeping, Frontoffice, Kitchen staff etc. who really cant be rotated to some other

    profile.

    We dont provide any flexi timing to the staff, they are required to workin particular shifts which are generally not altered.

    As per the work life balance, the employees here are required to workfor 9 hours which may be again stretched if necessary. Employees get amaximum of25 leaves per year.
