MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO Dear professional colleagues and friends,

I would like to take a moment and thank you for entrusting your

education, training and competency requirements with Wollam Groups.

There are a lot of training organizations, but Wollam Groups remains

the only accredited training provider in the petroleum & natural gas

industry globally. While we are very proud of our heritage and

grassroots in the petroleum & natural gas industry, we service all

industry segments and work with universities, trade organizations,

regulatory agencies and the private and public sectors to help them

achieve their education, training, and competency goals. Bryan Wollam

Our Training Programs and Certifications

All the programs in this catalog are accredited. They

are unlike any other training course in the industry.

Each program takes approximately 3,500 man hours

to develop and complete the approval process. Our

programs start with a needs analysis with the

industry in which we are serving. This is followed by

a detailed course design that undergoes an extensive

review and approval process. This is followed by

development, and an extensive red team process

made up of external experts to ensure all interested parties identified in our needs analysis have

been represented, and the training meets their needs. Once this is completed, we are required to

conduct three (3) pilot studies with our accredited trainers to validate the design and determine the

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) granted. All of the above, often results in changes which

undergoes a thorough change process, review, and re-approval. Upon completion, we offer the

accredited CEUs. Accredited training organizations, like Wollam Groups, can certify an individual to

specification, such as API Q1, API Q2 or a product specification. We have undertaken an extensive

qualification process to ensure every one of our programs meet these extensive requirements, and

we are authorized to certify individuals. This catalog is constantly evolving as we have a team of

educators, industry experts, course designers working on new programs based on industry needs.

Our Accredited Instructors

Each and every one of our instructors undergo

one of the most extensive competency

qualification processes in the education

industry. Each instructor is required to have a

minimum of 10 years of industry experience. In

addition, they must be a certified IRCA Auditor

for the industry in which they are teaching. Once

these basic requirements have been fulfilled,

they must undergo a competency validation

process which requires demonstration of actual

knowledge, implementation, and evaluation

against the subject matter being taught under our Advisory Division. Once the above have

been accomplished, they complete a trainer application which includes a validation of

qualifications. Upon application approval, they start their training qualification process, consisting

of more than a half dozen teaching sessions under the direction and supervision of one of our

accredited instructors. In addition, they receive an extensive IACET trainer evaluation by our

master educators who hold master degree and Ph.D. in education. We are the only training

organization that has such a robust competency qualification process for instructors and this is

how we ensure each of our participants leave with the knowledge and understanding that they

entrusted Wollam Groups to provide.

Global Recognized Expert

All our programs include hardbound textbooks for our facilitators, state of the art participant

workbooks, practical applications, case studies and industry models to reinforce the subject

matter being taught. Our instructors are deemed competent and qualified to conduct

competency assessments on each participant, which is in part why we certify individuals. In

addition, trade organizations, universities, private and public companies come to us to develop

their programs; for example, we developed API-U API Q1 and Q2 Fundamentals and

Practitioner Programs.

Professional Credentials

Upon completion of any of our accredited programs, each of

our participants receive the certifications, which includes a

Registered Professional Number (RPN™), leather bound

credentials stating their earned designations and accredited

Continuing Education Units (CEUs). In addition, they may

elect to receive their wallet license with electronic credential

verification services (CVS), which shows their identity and

qualifications simply by holding the license in front of any

smartphone.

Method of Training

Wollam Groups has invested heavily in our state of the art training facilities for in-class

instruction. In addition, we invested in technology that allows us to have participants join our

traditional classes virtually, known as PetroWise™.

During the course, the participants are with a live

instructor, and interact with other participants around

the globe. All practical application activities,

exercises and breakout sessions are conducted

through our virtual classroom. Every one of our web

programs receives the same accreditation as our in-

class courses. Wollam Groups also offers private

training where our instructors are assigned to

companies for routine training or for one time

courses. For private training, we utilize the client’s facilities to conduct the programs. We now

have exclusive partnerships with the industry’s best training organizations and offer classroom

training programs throughout North America, South America, Middle East, Caspian Region and

Europe.

Petroleum & Natural Gas Quality Practitioner (Course Code: WG-002-4)

This course was designed working with the operators for their quality

personnel and engineers. It includes the following subjects: quality concepts

& principals, quality engineering fundamentals, API Q2 Specification, API

Q1 Specification, API Monogram Program, developing, implementing and

assessing service quality plans and product quality plans. This course is

fully accredited and participants receive their unique Registered

Professional Number (RPN™), leather bound credentials and Quality

Practitioner designation and 4.0 accredited Continuing Education Units

(CEUs).

Lean Six Sigma Series (Course Code: WG-002-5)

The Lean Six-Sigma Series consists of Yellow Belt, Green Belt and

Black Belt Training. This series is designed to meet the ASQ

requirements while being fully accredited by the International

Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET). These

courses are instructed by certified black belts who are also qualified

instructors. They are fully accredited and participants receive their

unique Registered Professional Number (RPN™); leather bound

credentials, Lean-Six Sigma designations and between 2.4 and 16 accredited Continuing Education

Units (CEUs) depending on the program completed.

Educational Training Series (Course Code: WG-001-1)

The Education Training Series is not like any other in the industry and

has been designed for those who are responsible for developing,

maintaining, managing or delivery education, training or competency

assessments. This series of training is based around the International

Association of Education & Training (IACET) and consists of a Train-the

-Trainer Program, IACET Essentials and IACET Practitioner. These

courses are instructed under our master educators and includes

practical applications, discussion points, case studies and competency assessments. These courses

are fully accredited and participants receive their unique Registered Professional Number (RPN™),

leather bound credentials, and between 2.5 and 4.0 accredited Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

depending on the program completed.

Wollam Groups’ training programs are fully accredited and back by IACET, who was

founded by the Department of Education and accredited through ANSI.

API Q1 Professional Series (Course Code: WG-002-1)

This series of courses consist of 1 day Generalist, 3 day Essential,

5 day Professional courses. The courses cover the entire specification

and includes practical applications, discussion points, case studies and

competency assessments. The courses are fully accredited and

participants receive their unique Registered Professional Number

(RPN™), leather bound credentials, and between 1.0 and 4.0

accredited Continuing Education Units (CEUs) depending on the

program completed. These are the most advanced courses in the industry and are instructed by

certified trainers and professionals.

API Q2 Professional Series (Course Code: WG-002-2)

This series of courses consist of 1 day Generalist; 3 day Essential,

5 day Professional courses. The courses cover the entire specification

and includes practical applications, discussion points, case studies and

competency assessments. The courses are fully accredited and

participants receive their Registered Professional Number (RPN™);

Auditing Professional Series (Course Code: WG-002-3)

Our auditing courses are like no other in the industry. They include an

in-depth analysis of the specifications from an auditor perspective. We

ensure that the standard is not only understood but also the intent and

application of the clauses. In addition to the training, the participants

put knowledge to use by joining an audit team and conduct an audit

against an actual management system to include all of its records and

objective evidence or lack thereof. During the audit process, the

participants undergo a number of formative and summative assessments (competency) by industry

experts, master educators, and certified auditors. Upon completion, audit team reports are evaluated

by the audit committee. Upon successful completion, the participants receive their Registered

Professional Number (RPN™), leather bound credentials, accredited CEUs and earn Auditor

designation.

ISO Professional Series (Course Code: WG-003-1)

This series of courses covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS

18001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 31000. Courses for

each standard range from a 1 day transition course to a 3 day

Practitioner program. They are fully accredited and participants

receive their Registered Professional Number (RPN™), leather

bound credentials, and between 1.0 and 2.5 accredited

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) depending on the program

completed.

API Product Specification Series (Course Code: WG-002-6)

This series of courses covers the API product specifications. Each

product specification has three courses which includes a 1 day

Generalist; 3 day Practitioner and 5 day Professional. These

courses range in design from ensuring participants leave with a good

understanding of the specification to being technically qualified and

competent, depending on the course completed. They are fully

accredited and participants receive their unique Registered

Professional Number (RPN™), leather bound credentials, and

between 1.0 and 5.0 accredited Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

depending on the program completed. These are the only

accredited product specification courses in the industry and are taken by operators,

manufacturers, service providers, drilling contractors, auditors, consultants and government

agencies.

Accredited Short Series and Webinars

Our short series programs consist of programs that range

from 1 to 4 hours that are instructed in our training facilities,

on client locations or through webinars. The programs are all

accredited and range from .01 to .5 accredited CEUs. These

courses range from executive leadership training on API Q2

to individual topics like contract review, operations planning,

risk management, design and development, contingency

planning, procurement & critical suppliers, service execution,

service quality plans, product quality plans, preventive maintenance and inspection test plans,

etc. Our short series range from $95 to $395, making them affordable while meeting the

training requirements outlined in the specifications. Upon completion, each participant will

receive a PDF electronic certificate of completion, accredited CEUs and a copy of the

handouts.


Registered Professional Number

Upon successful completion of qualifying courses, participants will receive an

unique Registered Professional Number and be enrolled in the Registered

Professional Network™ (RPN). This network includes unique registration

numbers for each professional designation received through Wollam Groups

and allows the industry to locate registered professionals for their areas of

expertise.

PetroWise™

All of our courses are available in both a traditional classroom setting or in our

state of the art virtual learning environment, known as PetroWise™. Our virtual

API Q1 Generalist – 1 Day, 1.0 CEU (Course Code: WG-002-1.3)

This course was designed to provide an organization an awareness of the

specification. It also meets the requirement for training for support functions,

such as procurement, contracts, sales, engineering, demand management,

finance, human resources, operations, field coordinators, supervisors, and

managers. Upon completion, participants receive 1.0 accredited CEUs and

a certificate of completion. This program meets competency as called out in

the specification due to the accredited CEUs and knowledge assessment

conducted during the course.

API Q1 Essentials – 3 Days, 3.0 CEUs

(Course Code: WG-002-1.1)

This course covers the entire specification and includes practical applications,

skills assessments, and knowledge checks. Upon completion, the

participants receive their Registered Professional Number (RPN™), leather

bound credentials and 3.0 accredited CEUs. This program meets competency

requirements due to the accredited CEUs, practical applications, skills

API Q1 Auditor Fundamentals – 2 Days, 2.0 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.4)

This program covers the entire specification from an auditor's point of view. This

is the only course in the industry that not only covers the specification but shows

all of the linkages, dependencies, how key definitions are used in the

specification and how to audit them. It also includes auditor briefs on all sections

on what to look for and how to audit. Upon completion, participants receive their

Registered Professional Number (RPN™), leather bound credentials and 2.0

accredited CEUs.

API Q1 Technical Application for Lead Auditors – 3 Days, 2.5 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.3)

This is the industry’s most advanced auditing course and teaches skilled and

qualified auditors how to audit the specification, from the corporate office out to

the rig site. This includes auditing a full management system with a skilled audit

team made up of operators, manufacturers, drilling contractors, lead auditors,

the API Q1 Essentials or Professional and must have audit experience. If they

AUDITING PROFESSIONAL SERIES

Auditor Fundamentals – 2 Days, 2.0 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.5)

This course teaches the fundamentals of auditing to includes: audit planning,

open and closing meeting, conducting the audit, developing and an effective

audit program, auditor closure and report writing, auditor competencies, leading

an audit team, and conflict resolution. Upon completion, the participants receive

Product Specification Auditor Endorsement – 2 Days, 2.0 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.6)

These series of courses covers all of the API Product

Specifications. Auditors select the specification and enter the 2 days

technical auditor program, where they learn the specification and

must demonstrate how to audit the specification effectively. During

the audit, the auditors undergo both formative and summative

assessments (competency) and upon completion receive their API

product specification endorsement on their auditor license. This

program has a prerequisite which requires participants to have completed either the API Q1

Fundamentals for Auditors or the API Q1 Technical Application for Lead Auditor prior to adding

product specification endorsements.

ISO Standards Auditor Endorsement – 2 Days, 2.0 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.7)

These series of courses covers the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS

18001 and the ISO 45001 Standards. Auditors select the standard to

which they seek endorsement and enter the 2 days technical auditor

program, where they learn the standard from an auditor perspective and

must demonstrate how to audit the standard effectively. During the

audit, the auditors undergo both formative and summative assessments

(competency) and upon completion receive their ISO standard

endorsement on their auditor license. This program has a prerequisite which requires participants

to have completed the Auditor Fundamentals course prior to adding ISO standard endorsements.

Master Auditor (Petroleum & Natural Gas) – 5 Days, 5.0 CEUs (Course Code: WG-002-3.8)

This program has been designed for seasoned and experienced

lead auditors. This program has been designed to ensure the

auditor has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the API

Q1 and Q2 specifications and demonstrates competency for

performing an audit in the petroleum & natural gas industry. This

program is built around practical applications, summative and

formative assessment which ensures knowledge transfer and competence. The following

prerequisites must be satisfied prior to entry into this program: 1) completion of an API Q1 and Q2

ISO 9001 Technical Application for Lead Auditors – 3 Days, 2.5 CEUs (Course Code: WG-003-1.4)

This is the most advanced auditing course and teaches skilled and qualified

auditors how to audit the specification. This includes auditing a full

management system with a skilled audit team made up of lead auditors and

industry SMEs. Upon completion, the audit committee reviews and scores

the audit. In order to enter into these program, participants must have

completed the ISO 9001 Fundamentals or Practitioner and must have audit
