FOUNDATION TRAINING FOR NEW HIRESHexaware’s tailormade foundation training will include blended training – a combination of instructor-led training and e-learning. It also serves as a foundation for employees to understand process requirements, customer expectations and overcoming day-to-day challenges with respect to language and overall communication. Foundation training will support them to be better prepared for the process training phase. Employees complete one week of foundation training before they step into the process training phase.

COMMUNICATIONS & SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENTVoice and accent (V&A) training is an essential component of grooming our advisors to handle international clients. Our V&A training focuses on Accent neutralization, which is a systematic method to instill a neutral pronunciation of words in the English language (by eliminating/ reducing an FLI – First Language Influence). Tools like the Cicely Berry exercise are used to help the jaw relax and executives are made to practice speaking on impromptu topics /practice mock calls to monitor their pronunciation and rate of speech.

PROCESS/TECHNICAL TRAININGProcess training is structured and implemented basis each client’s needs. We have a methodical training approach, which is a blend of asynchronous & synchronous modes of training. It includes instructor-led classroom sessions and on-the-job training (OJT). The training approach is also inclusive of the below mentioned key actions: 1) Creation of actionable training plan/schedule 2) Training plan adherence check on a daily basis 3) Knowledge check on a daily basis through assessments4) Red, Amber, Green analysis on every learner to track the progress that they have made in learning the process

BEHAVIOURAL TRAINING (BT)Apart from the process / domain trainings that are conducted, trainers from Hexaware’s behavioral training wing, conduct behavioral trainings for our employees to apply their skills and acquired knowledge in all sorts of situations. Hexaware has provided the platform for every employee to undergo behavioral trainings. BT team has gradually made employees realize that behavioral competence is highly important in order to realize and venture towards setting goals.
