ACCESSIBILITY & LIMITATIONS: THE SPA is a place dedicated to wellness, with an atmosphere of pure peace and relax. For this reason the access to the Spa respects a limited number in order to guarantee the highest level of privacy and relax to all our Guests. In order to guarantee an atmosphere of total relax and peace, the use of electronic devices and the introduction of books or magazines, food or beverages in our environments is strictly forbidden. The access is allowed to over 16-year-olds.

DRESS CODE: It is compulsory to wear a swim-suit. To avoid burns, we kindly suggest you to take off any jewel or watch. It is recommended to enter THE SPA without make-up in order to facilitate the purification of the skin.

CANCELLATIONS: To cancel or to change your reservation, we kindly ask you to inform THE SPA at least 24 hours ahead. Otherwise, you will be charged with the 50% of the price of the reserved massage or treatment.

WELCOME KIT: Bath towel, slippers and shower gel are complimentary for our guests. Changing rooms are available equipped with appropriate cabinets, showers and hair driers.
