EP will work in Nanao Natural Farm in Yilan County, which is located in the
beautiful country side of Taiwan. As to working hours, the work starts from
8am to 11am, and everyone takes a break before it starts again from 3pm
to 6pm. Monday is off for traveling. The TN provides accommodation with
farm staffs in their farmhouse, and usually all the staffs will cook their meals
by themselves together.

recreational and educational leisure farm located in the heart of the woods overlooking the Pacific
Job Description1 In the beginning of your internship, you just need to be open-minded to know every new things around
you. For example, the environment of this farm and your colleagues. Also, you need to read the related
article and participate with farm’s activity to help you get into the situation faster.
Job Description2 You will be taught organization of this farm.Based on this understanding, you need to have the sense
that can help this farm stick to their goal.
Job Description3 You will be assigned in one team, so you need to learn how to work in the cross-culture condition and
show your teamwork to finish your job efficiently.
Job Description4 In the following of weeks, you can do your job step by step. For example, the completeness should be
progress from 50% to 80%.
