Press Release from Attorney Orly Taitz

In and around the time of Obama’s release of his alleged Long Form BC there was a release of another BC by a volunteer. Jerome Corsi and WND published this BC in a redacted form. Later a number of volunteers found the name of the volunteer in the Hi Advertiser based on her birth date August 23 and part of her mother’s name, which was not fully redacted. So from 2011 this bc was not a secret, it belonged to Johanna Ah’Nee .

At issue is a discrepancy: Article by Jerome Corsi states that this BC was issued in 1995, it contains the back of the BC with the alleged 1995 stamp, however it conflicts with what she told her employer, namely that she did not have a long form bc as late as 2009.

Johanna was referred to Attorney Orly Taitz in 2011 by Miki Booth, who knows Johanna’s employer, Al, owner of the printing shop, Sure Shot Graphics and Printing Supplies in Honolulu, HI.

Her e-mail stated that Miki Booth asked Al to find a long form BC, as health department refused to give Miki her long form BC. After Miki Booth could not obtain her long form BC, she asked Al if he could go to the Health department with someone else and get it for another person. According to the e-mail received by Taitz recently Al and Johanna Ah’Nee-Randlph went to Health Department after 2009, after Miki could not get her LFBC and the Health Department refused to give Johanna Ah’nee her LFBC.

This contradicts with the article in WND by Jerome Corsi, whereby Corsi posted the back of the alleged origina BC that Johanna sent to him and it contained 1995 stamp.

Now we have a real discrepancy: according to the stamp on the back, this LFBC copy was given to Johanna in 1995, however it contradicts the fact that she did not have it as late as 2009 and went to the Health Department to ask for it and could not get it. Taitz got from Ah’Nee only a copy and did not have the copy of the back of the LFBC with 1995 stamp.

Johanna met Taitz in HI at the airport when Taitz flew there with 2 experts around August 7, 2011. Taitz had late dinner with Johanna and her niece and a local attorney. Ah’Nee was supposed to go with Taitz to the Health Department the next morning, but she e-mailed Taitz at around 5 am saying that she changed her mind and will not go with her to the Health Department.

What is also interesting, is the fact that Johanna demanded that Jerome Corsi return to her the original. Why did she want it returned? Why would she give Corsi an original instead of a copy?

A couple of days ago Taitz wrote to Miki Booth and Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph and asked how did Johanna finally got her BC after the Health Department refused to give it to her. Taitz did not get any response from either Miki Booth or Johanna. Taitz suspects that the alleged LFBC for

HONOLULU —KITV4 has confirmed from two state government sources Hawaii’s Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy died in the plane crash off Molokai Wednesday.

• 1 DEAD IN PLANE CRASH OFF MOLOKAI

One person is dead and eight others are alive after a plane crashed in waters off Kalaupapa on Molokai Wednesday afternoon, according to Maui County fire officials.

The plane went down about 10 minutes after takeoff from Kalaupapa to Honolulu.

Nine people, including the pilot, were on board the plane. Eight of those on board were rescued alive.

Fuddy was appointed by Gov. Neil Abercrombie in March of 2011. She was raised in Kaimuki and a graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy.

Her degrees are from the University of Hawaii and Johns Hopkins University. KITV is waiting for official word from the governor’s office.

Fuddy was on KITV on Tuesday talking about Hawaii’s designation as the healthiest state in the nation. She was 65 years old.

Whoever gave you this PDF also created the White House PDF. Open this PDF in Adobe Illustrator and it has the same type of layers as the White House (8-bit and 1-bit layers) there are also multiple sized pixels. And in illustrator it is sideways.

I need your help in figuring, why HI released the long form BC for Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph, but refused to release it for others, including Virginia Sunahara. Was it a dry run before releasing Obama’s forgery?

It is a pinnacle of hypocrisy for these world leaders to speak about past apartheid in Africa, but not speak out about current rising black on white crime and persecution of whites by black majority in South Africa, not to speak out about rampant black on white crime in the United States of America, about political prisoners in Cuba and about estimated 5 million political prisoners rotting in labor camps and prisons in China or about deprivation of the human rights in the U.S., where citizen of Indonesia Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah, aka Barry Obama stole the franchise of the U.S. Presidency with a stolen CT Social Security number and fabricated IDs and US Attorney General Eric Holder, a number of US Attorneys and judges are criminally complicit in the RICO scheme of cover up all of these forgeries.

As far as China is concerned, it appears that all mighty dollar has overwritten all moral values of the world leaders. Current ruling international oligarchy is gaining maximum profits by outsourcing most manufacturing from developed countries of Europe and North America to cheap and obedient labor in China. Maybe it is time for the New Boston Tea Party? Maybe it is time to throw in the Boston Harbor and every harbor of North America and Europe the products made in China by de facto slave labor? MOTION TO RECUSE UNDER 28 USC 455

Plaintiff herein, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ respectfully requests honorable Royce Lamberth to recuse himself as a presiding judge in the case at hand and transfer the case to another judge.

28 USC 455 and precedent of Marshall v Jarrico 446 U.S. 238, 242, 100 S. Ct. 161, 642 Ed 2d 182 (1980) will provide for such recusal.

The case at hand deals with the refusal by the Postmaster General and Inspector General for the USPS to provide records under FOIA 5 US 552 Freedom of Information act. The records that are requested relate to a flagrantly forged Selective Service registration of Barack Obama and a flagrantly forged USPS cancellation stamp affixed to it. Fabricated stamp is so laughable that it looks like it was concocted by a mentally challenged five year old or a forger who is legally blind. Sworn affidavit of a former Chief Investigator of the US Coast Guard confirms that the document is altered.

At issue is the fact that this court showed bias in prior relating cases and the plaintiff is fairly sure that this court will show the same bias in the case at hand.

In the prior case of Taitz v Astrue 11-cv-402 plaintiff provided the court with undeniable legal, competent evidence of Obama using a stolen Social Security number of a resident of Connecticut born in 1890.

In spite of the fact that the plaintiff provided the court with all the evidence that Obama and the Social Security Administration defrauded the court and the nation and improperly withheld the SS-5 application which it was obligated to release, this court chose to ignore all the evidence and to cover it all up. By doing so this court showed bias against the plaintiff and against every US citizen for this matter and in favor of Barack Obama who stole the franchise of the US President with stolen and fabricated IDs.

It is clear that this court will continue showing the same bias in the case at hand and will cover up all evidence of Obama defrauding the nation and of the top governmental officials committing treason and being criminally complicit in the cover up and as such the plaintiff respectfully asks this court to recuse itself and transfer the case to another judge.

Moreover, in this case the defense did not furnish an answer or responsive pleadings for four months, while the defense was served by certified mail and admitted receiving the complaint and summons at DOJ by certified mail. The clerk in charge of all of the receipts of complaints

received by certified mail has signed the receipt and Plaintiff provided his signed receipt and similar receipts for other cases, which were signed by the same clerk, Eddy Hase. In his sworn declaration Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel VanHorn admitted to being contacted by this court in regards to lack of an answer to complaint. Such contact by the court represents an impermissible ex-parte communication by the court with the party and it by itself requires Judge Lamberth to recuse himself from the case and transfer the case to another judge, who did not engage in impermissible ex-parte communications with the defense in order to assist the defense and in order not to issue a default judgment for the plaintiff that this court was obligated to issue.

Further, Plaintiff demanded an administrative hearing with the clerk of the DOJ Eddy Hase in order to ascertain whether someone at DOJ told this clerk to “misplace” or destroy the complaint, which was received in July of 2013. The court ignored all evidence of the complaint disappearing at the DOJ, as well as all the evidence in prior cases. This comes on the heels of James Rosen case, where this court allowed spying on FOX reporter James Rosen and even his parents based on a perjured affidavit and kept this subpoena improperly sealed for over a year. Thus, there is a pattern of this court being biased in favor of Obama and his regime, in spite of any and all crimes committed by Obama and his regime against American citizens, and this court shows bias against dissidents and whistleblowers, who blew the whistle on Obama and his regime.

Further on, such transfer of the case is in the best interest of the public at large and the time is of the essence. U.S. citizens deserve better than a thief, who is usurping the U.S. Presidency with a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs. National Security and the interests of the U.S. military require release of the records in question and require an end to the cover up. As such, recusal by this court is justified, essential and in the public interest.

a judge in Colorado ordered a baker to serve gay couples and produce wedding cakes for them, even though it is against the religious believes of the baker and even though gay marriages are banned in Colorado.

What if tomorrow a priest will refuse to perform a gay ceremony? Will a priest be forced to do so by a judge or will he face penalties and jail for refusing to follow the order of the judge?

What if a Muslim family asks a baker to make a cake for a man and four women getting married, because according to muslim religion a man can marry 4 wives?

Update: Attorney Orly Taitz received a call from the U.S. Attorneys’ office stating that they are seeking another extension to answer to the Appellants’ brief in Grinols case.

Attorney Orly Taitz responded to the Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Olsen that she will be willing to stipulate to the extension, provided US Attorney Olsen fulfills his duty and forwards to the Federal Grand jury and criminal division of the US Attorneys’ office /Department of Justice all the pleadings and exhibits in Grinols et al v Electoral College, Congress, Obama et al for criminal investigation and prosecution of all the evidence showing Obama using a stolen Social security number and fabricated IDs.

Taitz reminded Olsen that during Watergate 3o high ranking officials of the U.S. government, including Attorney General of the United States John Mitchell, went to prison for their complicity in the cover up of fraud and obstruction of justice, that if Olsen does not forward the evidence he, as AG John Mitchell, might ultimately be prosecuted as an accomplice after the fact in Misprision of multiple felonies, in Obstruction of Justice and in a RICO to steal the franchise of the US president and wages of the U.S. President by one assenting his identity based on fraud and while using stolen and fabricated IDs. Taitz advised Olsen that she did not escape from the Communist dictatorship of the Soviet Union to see the same criminality here, that she is working pro bono and this is the matter of paramount importance for the country. Mr. Olsen responded that he knows how strongly Taitz feels about these issues. Taitz advised Olsen that her feelings are not important, that he is not requested to forward evidence because of her and her feelings, he has to do it to fulfill his duty based on his oath of office, it is his duty to this country. US Attorney Olsen asked Attorney Taitz to forward to him all the pertaining statutes for his review, which she did. Response from Mr. Olsen is due shortly.
