Anthony Jean-Claude is the former owner of Supreme Team General Contracting, where he

Claude likes to read, plays sports, and exercise using the art of
tai chi.
A recent health survey has identified tai chi as the perfect exercise, because it is a
low impact yet challenging workout that treats multiple issues while boosting overall health. Doctors have already acknowledged that tai chi is a step to
helping prevent arthritis, breast cancer, heart disease, and sleeping disorders.
The fact that handicapped and extremely ill patients can practice certain forms of tai chi is yet another reason the workout was graded so highly. There are many types of tai chi - those that stretch the limbs and others that vigorously work abdominal muscles. Whatever kind of
exercise an individual is looking for, they can find it in tai chi.
