The combination of our machining processes and quality of aluminum alloy provide all of Tactical Solutions’ X-Ring™ barrels with the advantages of strength, rigidity, and highly reduced weight. Our standard fluting feature improves barrel harmonics and yields faster heat dissipation; therefore, con-sistently proving the X-Ring™ Barrel as the optimum choice among 10/22® upgrades.

Our X-Ring™ barrel shanks are slightly oversized to allow for a tailored fit on a vast array of Ruger® 10/22® and aftermarket 10/22® style receiv-ers. The barrels are available in multiple vibrant colors as well as tradi-tional color options. X-Ring™ barrels are available without threads or with a ½” x 28 threaded end. Each precision machined X-Ring™ barrel houses a button rifled steel liner featuring a polished 11 degree target crown for improved accuracy.

Tactical Solutions’ X-Ring™ 10/22® barrel upgrades are machined from select USA manufactured aircraft aluminum and are turned on state of the art CNC lathes by highly skilled machinists providing the finest craftsman-ship available.

Our unique SB-X™ barrel provides the advantages of a lightweight, eco-nomical shooting barrel with the ability to attach a suppressor without adding extra length. The SB-X’s™ bore length is merely 12.25”. A per-manently attached shroud increases the overall length to 16.5” giving the shooter all the advantages of a short barreled rifle without the cumbersome paperwork normally required.

The combination of our CNC machining process and select aluminum alloy provides Tactical Solutions’ SB-X™ barrels with the advantages of strength, rigidity, and highly reduced weight. If you are a Browning® Buck Mark® fan, the Trail-Lite™ offers the same great features as our Pac-Lite™ pistol barrels.

Like the Pac-Lite™, the Trail-Lite™ barrel upgrade was originally de-signed as a lightweight packing solution, but quickly became a top perform-ing upgrade for the Browning® Buck Mark®. The Trail-Lite™ enhances a shooter’s ability to quickly acquire and transition between targets. The light weight barrel allows the shooter to hold on target without fighting the muzzle weight of a factory steel barrel.

The TSG-22™ is designed to provide a dependable, cost effective shooting and training alternative to complement your Glock® pistol. With similar weight, features, and the same footprint of a Glock® factory slide, shooters can practice realistic draws, target acquisition, transition, and magazine changes.
