Extra Charges will apply depending on the equipment required and number of workers

required on delivery/pickups as well as what is being rented. Our service is Door to Door

if there are any stairs or gates we MUST be notified or else extra charges will apply.

If you have a scheduled delivery or pickup time and we get there and no one is there

or we are asked to come back you WILL be charged another delivery or pickup charge.

Or if the rental items are not ready upon the scheduled time you will be charged.
