Purpose-Driven DesignTEXT® gives educators a vast selection of adaptable, high-function tables and desks for classrooms, computer labs and related venues. TEXT is available in a range of tabletop heights of 24" and 30" fixed height and 26" - 34" adjustable height.

Tables and mobile teaching stations

TEXT help desk models for instructors have a rounded edge on one end where students can come for assistance with their work. TEXT also includes dozens of fixed- and adjustable-height tables.

Mobile tilt-top tables

Convenient vertically folding work surfaces and locking twin-wheel casters enable versatile TEXT tilt-top tables to combine easy mobility and space-saving storage for on-campus settings.

Single- and two-student desks

Mobile Help Desk and Laptop StationVirco developed the TEXT help desk (above) for teachers who value the ability to easily move around their classrooms.

TEXT student desks with optional casters can serve as mobile laptop stations for students, or as mobile platforms to support instructor use of electronic white boards.

TEXT® brings movement into the classroom.Many teaching styles and learning environments are increasingly characterized by movement. Student desks arranged in rows for testing on Monday are often clustered in groups for collaborative work on Tuesday. And any day of the week, instructors move from student to student, or group to group, to provide assistance.

Casters are available on all TEXT models, either as optional or as standard, depending on the model.

3" Locking Casters

Constructed of rugged ABS plastic and a threaded 1" steel stem, these 3" diameter twin-wheel, locking swivel casters are standard on all tilt-top tables and additional selected TEXT tables. An optional four-pack of casters (model TLCASTER) is available for other TEXT tables.

Single Release Mechanism

TEXT Tilt-Top Tables have a convenient single release mechanism for easier folding and unfolding.

Tilt-Top TablesFor selected classrooms, multi-purpose spaces and other on-campus locations that require variable furniture set-ups, the TEXT Series offers you an array of tilt-top table choices. Work surfaces fold vertically for space-saving storage; casters are standard for easier mobility.
