at your facility. A large tractor backed into the corner of the old building and cracked the building support. The building shifted and internal walls are cracking. The building houses the main pharmacy and x-ray department on the first floor. The laundry and housekeeping department is in the basement and the MRI department is on the second floor.

• The pharmacy walls are cracked and debris is falling on the medications.


• The relocated staff, patients and visitors are gathering in the front lobby.


• There are patients scheduled for x-rays in the emergency department.


• The damaged storeroom in the basement is the main storage area for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
