It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Saif Al
Jubail Global General Cont., a Saudi Arabian contracting
company under Commercial Registration 2055011579. The
company was established on 1429 Hijri Calendar as a
general contractor for the construction industry.
We know our clients have complex businesses that require
sophisticated services. Our solutions are carefully tailored
combining intellectual property, emotional intelligence and
technology that achieve real business results.
Gearing up for the future our people have all the key ingredients to withstand the shifting
sands of the business environments. Moving forward, it is our goal to strengthen and

years in Saudi Arabia ,this makes him full

Mr. MD Faiyaz Alam
He is a one man all in whole which the company need
to process and progress. The 3third in command of
the Company is Mr. Faiyaz Alam. Completed his
Master in Business Administration in 1998, spend few
of his year with Indian Companies helping and
growing with them and afterward shifted to Saudi
Arab and worked in various project. And later joined
Saif Al jubail as the operations manager.

Approach to Quality

implementing SAJ Quality Policy.

Assurance, Civil Engineering Group, knowledge Management
Group, and the Training Group.
The Civil Quality Assurance group ensures that the project quality
activities are planned and implemented in accordance with our
Quality Policy, in all deliverables.
The Civil Engineering Group defines, maintains and improves our
Quality Management System.
The Knowledge Management group ensure latest technology is
incorporated in to our Tools, Techniques and Methodologies used
to deliver high-quality services to our customers ensure continuous
process improvement.
Saudization Policy
As per the Ministry of Labor regulation, we are strictly following and
promptly maintaining adequate percentage of Saudi national personnel
always. We strictly follow the Council of Ministry regarding the local
employment. Further FASCO aims to maximize and to increase the
percentage of Saudi nationals from time to time.
Our training process confirms our attention to provide necessary training
to upgrade and to ensure the highest possible level of performance in
order to achieve our objectives and also serve our customers. Our
training programme curriculum includes not only theoretical training but
also hands on job training. We are training them on various fields i.e.
scaffolding course, rigging, fire safety & environment programme etc.
We have also incorporated orientation on safety, language course on
English, work ethics, personal improvement and development.
We always strictly follow the Saudization policy and can assure that
required percentage by PR will be maintained throughout the contract
period.
