Spruce Grove has a wide variety of residential options, with carefully developed neighbourhoods that are connected by walking trails and in close proximity to parks, schools and a medical centre.
The City of Spruce Grove provides a variety of housing possibilities. This booklet provides information on apartment buildings, townhouses, manufactured home communities and seniors residences.
For further information regarding vacancy rates or rental costs, please contact the apartment or townhouse manager/owner at the phone numbers provided. NOTE: Privately owned rental accommodations are not included in this booklet.

City of Spruce Grove FAQ’s
The City of Spruce Grove is a full-service urban community with amenities and services within minutes of home. Immediate access to fully integrated emergency and protective services provided at an urban standard, including fire, ambulance, medical and police services. Residents of Spruce Grove are served by a Public, Catholic & Private School Boards providing Kindergarten to Grade twelve education services.
Spruce Grove offers a great trail system and features 744 acres of green space not including the new 60 acre Jubilee Park.
Queen Street Place is a start of the art medical facility and offers a full range of medical, diagnostic and laboratory services under one roof. The TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre is a model of regional cooperation and provides a wide range of sport and recreation facilities. KidSport Parkland provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers preventing them from playing organized sport.
