1. OnceyouhaveloggedintoZoomInfo,clickon“MyLists,”locatedontheupperright-hand

sideofthepage.

2. Next,click“ImporttoMyLists.”

3. Whentheloginboxappears,youwillneedtoenteryourSalesforcecredentials.Toavoid

enteringyourSalesforcecredentialseverytimeyouusethisapplication,checktheboxthat

says“Remembermycredentials.”

To Find the ZoomInfo IP Server address:

1. LoginintoyourSalesforceaccount.

2. Clickonyournamelocatedonthe

upperright-handsideofthepage.Then

choose“Setup”fromthedropdownmenu.

3. Navigateto“AdministrationSetup”located

onthelowerleft-handsideofthepage.

Thenclick“ManageUser.”

4. Select“LoginHistory”fromthedrop

downmenu.

5. Next,gobacktoZoomInfoandclickon

“MyLists.”Thenclickon“ImporttoMy

Lists.”Whenprompted,attempttologinto

yourdesiredSalesforceenvironment,

leavingthesecuritytokenblank.Thiswill

resultinanerrorontheZoomInfoside.

6. GobacktoyourSalesforce“LoginHistory”

screenandfindtheentrythatshowsyour

attemptedlogin.TheSourceIPColumn

associatedwiththatloginattempt

containstheIPaddressyouneedto

whitelist.

To Whitelist the ZoomInfo IP Server:

1. CopytheSourceIPaddress.Thennavigate

to“AdministrationSetup”locatedonthe

lowerleft-handsideofthepageandclick

“SecurityControls.”

2. Nextclick“NetworkAccess.”Atthetopof

thepage,clickthe“New”button.

3. PastetheSourceIPnumberintothe“Start

IPAddress”box.Repeatthisstepforthe

“EndIPAddress”box.

4. AddadescriptionoftheIPaddress.
