Following their success as the regional winner last October, the Philippine Center for Advanced Maritime Simulation and Training (PHILCAMSAT) has won the 2019 Lloyd’s List Global Award for Excellence in Safety and Training. This was announced by Lloyd’s List last January 30. PHILCAMSAT was selected as the global winner over an already stellar list of regional winners from Asia, SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East and Africa), Europe and the Americas by Lloyd’s List’s distinguished judging panel.
