Your appointment will be on contract basis for 03(three) years. Your service may be renewed forfurther period based on satisfactory performance up to the limit of 60 (sixty) years of your age.Your service will be guided by Company's Service Rules.

The Company reserves the right to terminate theemployee without assigning any reason whatsoevergiving 03(three) months notice or paying 03(three)months basic pay applicable on the day of suchtermination.

13. Resignation The incumbent may resign from the service of thecompany by giving 02(two) months prior notice inwriting or paying 02(two) months basic pay applicablethe day of such resignation.

14. Termination in Default In case of failure to achieve the annual targets or anyother gross negligence, misconduct or default, theservice of the employee will be terminated at any timewithout assigning any reason.

15. Service Benefits (a) In the event of termination of employment underclause 14 of this letter, service benefits such asgratuity, company's contribution in provident etc.if any, will not be payable.

(b) In the event of resignation by the incumbentwithout serving due notice as per clause 13,service benefits such as gratuity, Company'scontribution to the provident Fund etc. if any, willnot be payable.

16. The following documents have to submit alongwith joining report:(a) 02 (two) copies of passport size recent photographs;(b) Copies of all educational certificates;(c) Medical certificate from a Govt. Doctor not below the rank of an Associate Professor or

Chief Medical Officer of BPDB or Civil Surgeon with respect to the physical fitness;Such a certificate shall have to submit to the Authority at the end of each subsequentyear of employment;

(d) Release order from present employer at the time of joining (if any);(e) Nationality certificate from union parisad/pourosava/city corporation etc. shall also

submit separately.

Joining report shall have to submit addressing to the Managing Director of Coal Power GenerationCompany Bangladesh Ltd, Unique Heights (Level-I7), 117 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Eskaton Garden,Dhaka-1217, no later than 21(Twenty One) days from the date of issue of this order, failing of which thisoffer may be treated as cancelled.
