Welcome to TheBrighton Hotel

We have 2 private function areas in the venue as well as the

lounge bar which is a non exclusive room hire. All function areas

with exclusive room hire require a deposit of $250 upon booking

to secure your requested date and area.

Situated on the heart of the Mandurah  foreshore, the BrightonHotel offers an array of facilities and entertainment areas foreveryone to enjoy. The hotel has been a town icon since 1895 and has contributedgreatly to the social life of the past and present residents of theMandurah area. Whether your looking for a place to hold your next birthdaycelebration, engagement party or a  corporate event, theBrighton Hotel is the perfect place for your next function.

CAPACITY - 50 COCKTAIL 

The Lounge Bar is located at the front entrance of thevenue between the main bar and restaurant. It is fittedwith a cosy fireplace, pool table and lounges whilst beingperfect for smaller, more intimate events.  As the Lounge Bar is located between the 2 main areas ofthe venue, this is a non exclusive room hire.

CAPACITY - 150 COCKTAIL | 50 SEATED

Our outdoor Garden Bar is a one of a kind to theMandurah area with its bright seating, astroturf andbeautiful London Plane tree, creating a space for theperfect outdoor event. Being outdoors, the Garden Bar is best suited to summertime events and a noise restriction of 8pm does apply. The Garden Bar provides its own private bar for guests toenjoy the simplicity of purchasing drinks throughout theirfunction.

GARDEN BAR - Exclus ive / Non Exclus ive

CAPACITY - 120 COCKTAIL | 60 SEATED

Our upstairs Terrace Bar is located above the restaurantand overlooks the picturesque Mandjar Bay andMandurah foreshore. This upstairs area is full of greatfeatures including your own private bar, balcony, foyer &lounge area as well as your own private toilet facilities. The Terrace Bar is perfect for private events such as 21stbirthdays, engagement parties, small wedding receptions,wakes and corporate events, private meetings or seatedlunch/ dinner meals. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair / elevator access forguests so please be sure to keep this in mind whenchoosing this room for a function.

BISTRO DECKING - Exclusive / Non Exclusive

Our Bistro Decking has a beautiful view of theMandurah foreshore and is located at the veryfront of the venue. This area has 2 differentoptions for hiring. The first being an exclusiveroom hire (private), and is subject to the entireoutside bistro area within the blinds locatedaround the perimeter.  The other option being a non exclusive room hirewhich will be a shared area with other patronsthrough out the venue.

We can also provide wristbands if only selected guestshave access to the tab on the night of your function. You will need to discuss this prior to your function datewith the manager.

- A payment of $250  deposit will berequired to secure any booking madeby a customer. Failure to do so willresult in the function date beingavailable for another booking. Thismust be paid in order to secure yourrequested date. - If you wish to pre-pay for everythingprior to the date of the function suchas food and beverage options, amanager can take your payment andyou will receive a total invoice uponpayment. Any extra's consumed onthe date of the function will be anadditional charge to the client on theday.- All bill totals are to be settled andpaid by the end of the function.- The venue accepts cash and allforms of eftpos excluding AMEX.

PAYMENTS

-All catering, beverage packages anddietary requirements are to befinalised no later then 1 week prior tothe function date. This is to guaranteestock availability. - Please make sure to note anyallergies with the manager whenfinalising food selections so we cannotify the kitchen. - Due to our food safety program, nooutside food or beverages are to beconsumed in the venue. This is also astrict no food / beverage take awaypolicy and we can not allow guests toleave with food and drinks at the end,or during their function.

CATERING AND BEVERAGES

- We allow guests to decorate thevenue however they wish forfunctions. We do however have astrict no confetti or glitter policy.  - Please advise management of anymajor decorations and all personsdropping decorations off to the venuewill need to discuss this withmanagement prior. 

DECORAT IONS

- Guest entry to functions will only bepermitted in accordance with theagreed and booked function times.  - Additional guests beyond thenumbers of guests confirmed prior tothe function may only be permittedin  accordance with the venueslicensed capacity.  - Minors are welcome to attendfunctions but must be accompaniedby a gaurdian / parent and vacate thepremises no later then 9pm.

GUEST ENTRY

- If you require a security guard toexclusively attend your function, youmust let the venue know at least 1week prior to the function date. Thecost for a security guard is $50 perhour, per guard.- The venue takes the responsible service of alcohol obligations veryseriously and you must support anydecisions made by the venue inrelation to the responsible service ofalcohol. - The venue has the right to refuseentry or service and remove anypatron from the premises they deemto be approaching intoxication,showing signs of improper behaviour,become abusive, disorderly or any antisocial manner.- You must advise management ofany minors that will be attending yourfunction on the night. Please be awareas per our liquor license minors areonly permitted in the venue with aguardian / parent and must vacatethe premises by 9pm.  - All 18th birthday celebrations musthave a security guard exclusive totheir function for the entire duration.This is an additional cost of $50 perhour, per security guard.

SECURITY AND CONDUCT

- Cancelling a function once a depositis paid can only be done by consultingwith a manager of the venue andmust be done so by the person whobooked and paid the deposit.  - Where a function is cancelled within2 weeks of the function date, half ofthe deposit will be refunded to thecustomer. - If a function is cancelled 7 days orless prior to  the function date, thewhole deposit will be forfeited and norefund will be given.

CANCELLAT IONS

- Please be advised that theorganisers of the function arefinancially responsible for anydamage, theft, breakage or vandalismsustained to the function room orvenue by any guests, invitees or otherpersons attending the function.  - Should any extra cleaning berequired to return the room to asatisfactory standard, this will becharged to the organisers. - The venue does not accept anyresponsibility for damage or loss ofmerchandise left at the venue prior toor after the function. It isrecommended that the clients goodsbe removed from the venueimmediately after the function.

SMOKING

There is strictly no smoking permitted in the Upstairs Terrace Bar balcony or Garden Bar. If any evidence of smoking/ tobacco residue is found after your function - an added charge of $150 will apply.Please use the designated smoking areas located at the side of the venue.

In relations to the use of credit card information set out by The Brighton Hotel

Credit Card details are kept as a security bond only, prior to the function no deductions or  payments will be taken from the card without notification to the card holder first. In the event that your function has taken place, and there are outstanding charges to be made, they will be charged to the card within 72 hours - unless prior arrangements are made with management. Upon successful completion of your function and only once all payments are made, The Brighton Hotel will destroy your card details.  By signing the part below, you agree that you have read and accept the Terms & Conditions attached. The Brighton Hotel DOES NOT take tentative bookings.  A confirmation of your function will be given once we have received a deposit of $250 and completion of this form.
