To create a tool that allows any user in Europe to get practial an easy to understand information about the various assistive technologies and services available to improve the quality of live and increase the autonomy of the users.

These homes are provided of environmental control, home automation and home network systems that can help older people to remain living independently in their own homes.

One key goal is to promote and enhance interaction, participation, and avoid of social isolation. It’s shown that good social contacts are associated with better health and well-being, in fact ASSDA is piloting a social network for elderly.

5.5. TelecareTelecare::

Is the term now commonly used to describe a range of enhancements to the basic social alarm service concept.

This service is not just a remote alarm, as it can offer other services such as follow-ups (health, personal death, just to know how are ...), you can also congratulate the birthday, make reminder calls to intake medications, medical appointments and others.

Users can call any time of day to ask anything or just start a conversation.
