1) WORLDTEK Capacitors are preferable on networks where the voltage fluctuation are wide and night time voltage rises considerably.
2) WORLDTEK Capacitors are preferable in installation where current and voltage surges are present due to the nature of machinery.
3) WORLDTEK Capacitors are preferable where moderate harmonics are suspected.
4) WORLDTEK Capacitors are preferable near generators, bus ducts, hazardous areas, etc. They are suitable for APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) Panels also.
5) WORLDTEK Capacitors are ideal where longer trouble free operations with lowest possible losses are expected.
WORLDTEK APP (Aluminium & Polypropelene) capacitors are s turdy & Robust . Operating stresses, low temperature rise and low losses make them superior to any o ther type o f capacitors. Absence of paper reduce the chances of gas formation, bulging and bursting. This makes All-PP capacitors almost fire proof in industrial applications. All-PP capacitors are fast replacing other type of capaci tors. WORLDTEK capacitors are manufactured at modern plant having latest machinery and test ing equipments.
INTRODUCTION
• WORLDTEK Capacitors are ISI marked.
• WORLDTEK Capacitors are available in 415V, 440V, 480V, 525V, 600V, 690V and other Voltages on request.
• WORLDTEK Capacitors are manufactured as per ISI 13585.
• WORLDTEK Capacitors are made out of the best available raw material procured from world renowned manufacturers.
• WORLDTEK Capacitors are used for power factor improvement in various Light & Heavy Industries, Commercial Complexes, Steel Rolling Mills, Textile Mills, Corporate Offices, Showrooms, Hotels, Hospitals, etc.
WORLDTEK All-PP capacitors consist of number of basic elements which are manufactured by winding two layers - bi-axially oriented thick polypropylene film interleaved by aluminium foil. Internal fuses are provided with each element. The winding is carried out in an air- conditioned room equipped with special filters to provide dust free atmosphere. Elements thus manufactured are connected in delta with series parallel combination wherever required. The complete unit is enclosed in C.R.C.A. container & three terminals are brought out through suitable bushings. Capacitors are put under vaccum drying & then impregnated with N-PCB oil.
KVAr Range : 1KVAr to 50KVAr in single units and beyond that in Bank form.Voltage Range : 230V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 480V, 525V, 600V, 690V etc.Phase : Single and Three phase.
