Come and experience our renowned southern hospitality! Room Rates are $89.00 per night. Railcars are $179.00. All rail cars have queen beds and some also have a trundle bed. There are very few suites available during the Convention time frame. Contact the reservations desk to inquire about suites Current state and local tax is 9.25% and hotel/motel Tax is 8%. Rates are good three days before and three days after the convention. There is plenty of FREE parking YOU WELL SEE A $5.00 CHARGE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION FOR PARKING. THIS IS A GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR PARKING ON YOUR BILL WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. Call 1-800-872-2529 to make reservations. Reservations should be made as early as possible but must be made not later than 22 September, 2013. Reservations after this date will be on an as available basis. Handicap rooms are available and especially these reservations should be made early. Irons and Ironing boards & coffee makers are located in each room. Refrigerators are available for a charge of $15.00 per day. There is no charge after the 5th day. A beauty parlor is located in the same block as the hotel (across the street). Chattanooga is served by Allegiant, American, Delta and US Air and the hotel has complimentary shuttle service. Please give the hotel your flight # and date when you make your reservation or as soon thereafter as possible and arrange transportation. The downtown shuttle service is located right next to the hotel. This is a FREE service that will get you to all downtown businesses and restaurants. If there is enough interest, a shopping trip to one of the largest malls in Tennessee will be arranged on Monday or Tuesday. Anyone that requires oxygen service should make arrangements through their local supplier to make sure there is a dealer in Chattanooga. DRIVING DIRECTIONS

1. To get to Chattanooga from the west - Take 1-40to Tennessee 840 (this is a controlled access, 4 lanehighway), then South on 1-24 to Chattanooga. Takeexit 178, keep left on the ramp and go to the stopsign. Turn left, go through the flashing traffic signalto the stop sign and turn left. You are now on MarketStreet. Stay on Market until you come to theChoo-Choo on the right

2. To get to Chattanooga from the North (Central)take 1-65 or 1-24 to Nashville and proceed asdescribed in (1) previously.

3. To get to Chattanooga from the Southwest takeI-10 to Mobile then 1-59 to 1-24 (East) the proceed asdescribed in (1) previously.

4. To get to Chattanooga from the North (East) take1-81 and 1-40 to Knoxville. Then take 1-75 South toChattanooga. Then Take 1-24 (West) to exit 178(Market St North). Stay on Market until you come tothe Choo-Choo on the right.

5. To get to Chattanooga from the South take 1-75North to 1-24 (West) and proceed as described in (4)above.

1300: Incline Railway trip: Bus pick up in front of building one for transport to St Elmostation (lower). On arrival at the upper station you can visit the battles for ChattanoogaMuseum, visit point park or some of the shops in the area. Take the return trip to thelower station & bus pick up for return to hotel.Cost: $14.00

1800: Dinner cruise on the Southern Belle. Prime Rib or Chicken Wisconsin (ChickenBreast prepared with five cheeses), Salad, potatoes, mixed veggies, tea, water & dessertCash bar on board. Bus pick up and return in front of building one.Cost: $37.00
