Introduction

Synthesis Architects is a multi-discipline design firm providing a wide range of professional design

services, with an expertise and over 25 years of experience in designing automobile dealerships

and working with a variety of automotive brands. The work of Synthesis Architects embodies the

philosophy that every Dealership project is unique and that the particular needs of a facility’s

program create the opportunity for projects which meet the Manufacturers’ requirements and

reflect the Dealer’s personality.

Synthesis Architects maintains a hands-on approach by the Principals of the firm and a belief that

interesting and inspirational design can be the norm within any budget. We have the knowledge

and understanding of the importance of maintaining project scope, budget, and schedule and work

closely with our clients to achieve solutions to fit their particular needs.

When crafting the elements of design into finished buildings, consideration is given to

function, fabrication, maintenance and the quality of materials. The projects highlighted in this

monograph illustrate the firm’s understanding of the importance of a well-organized dealership

that creates attractive, durable buildings, efficient service operations and an inviting retail

environment for customers.
